I had an excellent experience with David from Dr. Furniture. I contacted him because the power…read morerecliner on my sofa had completely stopped working, and I was expecting that I would need to schedule an in-home repair which is why I initially contacted him. Instead, because he would not be in my area any time soon, David took the time to look carefully at the pictures and videos I sent him and walked me through troubleshooting the problem by text. He clearly knows power furniture inside and out. Rather than immediately assuming that I needed a new motor or an expensive repair, he helped me trace the wiring and systematically eliminate possible causes. He eventually noticed that a damaged wire connected to one of the LED light strips could be shorting out the entire system. He had me disconnect that part of the system, and sure enough--the recliner started working again! What impressed me most was that David could easily have just scheduled a service call and charged me to come out. Instead, he spent a considerable amount of time helping me diagnose and fix the problem remotely, without charging me anything. That kind of honesty, patience, knowledge, and customer service is hard to find. If I ever have another furniture repair that I can't handle myself, David at Dr. Furniture will absolutely be the first person I call. Highly recommended! May God bless you David:)

When I looked out the window and saw the movers rolling my walnut table on its side off of the truck I just started to cry. The only good part of our move was the fact we were connected with Artesian Restoration in order to repair my table as part of our damage claims process. Master craftsman, Jon was able to completely restore my table as if it was brand new. They were kind, courteous and professional and delivered the table as promised. Absolute recommend.

All of our furniture pieces were picked up in a timely manner, fixed better and sturdier than new, and restored to original look and use in INCREDIBLY QUICK record timing! Our furniture is the aged driftwood-y look (not just all one color) and the way in which they matched the paint on the headboard is like magic! You really can not even tell there was ever an issue with it! All the gentlemen we spoke with were courteous, professional, and absolutely wonderful! Our moving insurance company is who set this up by chance, and we totally lucked out because we honestly could not imagine a better restoration company!

I emailed Dovetail and included pictures of the piece. They responded that they could restore it and asked me to bring it in. I drove it over, they gave me a quote, and an expected finish date (I believe it was about a month away). I paid a deposit (half the restoration cost) when I dropped it off. When it was ready, I picked up and paid the remaining invoice amount. The restoration cost wasn't inexpensive, but the piece looks really good and their restoration may have given that piece some new life! It's ready to be used for another 50 years! Highly recommend reaching out to them if you have a piece that needs restoring: fast response, good work, on-time completion.

I told him if I had known this I would not have had him do any of the work, which I also told him not to do. After i complained he changed his tune to say it would be okay to sit in.
