Richard was awesome. Excellent work, kind and personable. I had car seat covers installed, the kind you have to remove all the seats to do. They have done this many times so I was confident going to them. Don't think they really advertise they do this so was glad I called. I was satisfied by the job Fibertech (FT) performed on my 1969 Cougar. They perform new vinyl roof, headliner and rear window installation. I supplied the headliner, vinyl roof and rear window seal. I was recommended by D & P restorations. I was looking for interior work and they recommended FT. I could not be happier. Price was good, work was quality, they finished on time. What more can you ask for? Richard and the guys there were knowledgeable which is what I was looking for. They are great and I will recommend them. I was referred to this place by a dent removal shop, I didn't know what to expect but it was nice to see a business like this. It's definitely a small business, very personal experience, I went in to have the spare tire cover on my car repaired and they did it at what I thought was a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. The work now months later is still holding up so I'm happy with the quality, it survived an inland empire California summer parked outside. I would definitely go back if I had other upholstery needs. If you are someone curious about their work, when I went in to drop off the cover they had other of their works sitting at the front office ready for customers to pick up, so you can see their work, when I came back to pick up the tire cover, there was a fresh batch of their work at the front office to preview as well. It was sort of funny, when I went in to drop off the tire cover they literally had another one but in a different color they just finished for another customer which worked out good, I could see it. So I'd definitely recommend it! read more

I just bought a Nissan Sentra and I love it. The only problem is there isn't enough leg room. I went to Fiber Tech and asked them to move the driver seat back so there would be more leg room. They said they could do it and they did a good job at a reasonable price. read more

I brought in my set of beat up Recaros to be recovered in BMW vinyl. I had gotten quotes from 3 other places, but felt comfortable with FT&D's quote and the fact that they could get the BMW vinyl I needed in the correct color. I had my seats back a quick 7 days later - the foam was repaired very well and the vinyl looks great. Their price was very fair and I'll be coming back here for any upholstery needs. I went to fiber technology on the recommendation from a person I trust. I wanted the carpet to be replaced and four seats to be reupholstered with updated cushions. I was told the job would be from three days to a week. They had my vehicle for one month and three weeks. The outcome was cosmetically good. But I wanted more foam in the cushions to make the seats more plush and all they did was reupholster. When I finally picked the vehicle up I asked them what they did to make the cushions bigger and they said that they fluffed the foam . I really needed the drivers seat to be more comfortable, but they did nothing. I thought about complaining and having them redo the seat but I didn't wanna leave my vehicle there for another month. Every time I get into my vehicle now it angers me knowing that my seat is just as uncomfortable as when I took it in. Cosmetically they did a good job. But they did not do the job I asked them to do repeatedly. I personally would find another upholstery shop to do business with. They just didn't seem to care very much. read more

I had some damage to the upholstery on my 5-year old Infiniti. Because I intend to keep the car, I decided to suck it up and have the upholstery fixed. Scheduled headliner repair with Joe. Car not ready when promised and they returned car with 2 missing grab handles. (They said they would replace similar & Mercedes no longer made them.) Also broke the Electronic Ignition Switch (causing me to stall 3 times and get towed.) Did this during the removal of the center console. They returned car with broken SHIFTER BEZEL, SUNROOF BELLOWS, 2 GRAB HANDLES, TEAR in FABRIC ON DRIVERS SIDE DOOR COMPARTMENT, PUT 2, 5-INCH SLICES IN REAR LEATHER SEATS. While putting in headliner BROKE REAR HEADLINER CLIP so headliner does not attach to roof, and shorted the fabric in the back right corner. Had it checked by his friend who does Mercedes and told him it was fine. After additional stalling, I took it back and owner Richard went with me to his other friend who does Mercedes and hooked it up for computer reading. 11 things came up bad, but said he just needed to clear the settings to make car work. Continued to stall. I had to get some of the repairs done so I could drive car. Received 2 estimates, and now I have $ 5086.00 in damages, and all I needed was a $409.08 headliner job repair. They did not stand behind their work, and they returned the car with all the broken parts and only mentioned the broken grab handles, probably because I would see that first upon getting into the car. Have been working with owner Richard, to try and resolve. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and now will need to go to small claims court because they do not want to take responsibility. read more
