That said, I was disappointed by the lack of upfront communication around rates and time. No estimate was provided, the hourly rate had changed without notice, and the final invoice reflected 4.5 hours for a scope that many experienced Yanmar owners would expect to take less time. The billing explanation came after the fact and relied on shop-rate comparisons that didn't feel applicable to a mobile job in Mobile. I paid the invoice, but transparency and expectation-setting could be much better. If you use this service, I'd strongly recommend confirming the hourly rate and estimated time before work begins.

If he did not know what he was doing or could not fix the issue he should have left it alone.

Docks are in shambles and facilities are poorly maintained. I would never take another boat here even for an overnight stay.

During that time they didn't call to give us updates, they actually seemed annoyed when we called to receive updates. 7 days in we decided to picked up the boat anyways even though the trolling motor was still not installed. They said they had a boat show that they prioritized before getting to our boat and asked us to bring it back the following week. When we took it home we were just happy to have our boat and didn't notice that they'd handed it over to us without it being detailed (it was very dirty), the gas tank wasn't calibrated, and they didn't fill the gas tank and on top of that the trolling motor was still not installed. After the weekend we brought our boat back and gave them a list of everything we'd notice. They said they would take care of it. Another week went by without updates and finally my husband called by the end of the week and they told us it was ready. It wasn't. The only thing they did was install the trolling motor and they installed it with two starter batteries instead of a deep cycle batter. The gas tank to this day is not calibrated, the boat still dirty and they kept our boat brush that we had just purchased for the boat. We've decided to take our boat home and to get it fixed elsewhere. To avoid further stress and headaches. If this was a used boat, it would be more understandable but it's an almost 90k BRAND NEW boat. The mechanic was kind but besides him, it was the worst customer service we've ever received. We're highly disappointed with our purchase. We wish we would've gone to a regular boat dealership. I would give negative stars if I could.

One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. The service team was quick to respond and ordered my part. Communication was good as they kept me informed of when the part would arrive and when my boat would be ready. I paid for the services and parts, picked up my boat, and brought it home. Thats when the problems started. Without getting into the details, there was some type of error with the service performed which exacerbated my problem. I had to bring it back to Sunrise to have them resolve this new issue. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder however they kept me in the loop on the progress.
