As I live in Denver, my dog usually only comes here during the summers when he stays with my parents. I pay $45 for his grooming in the summer (aka when he comes here) and over $80 in Denver when I have him groomed in the winter. The staff is always nice and chat a little, so I am confused by the past reviews. Do remember the staff is doing their job, so just drop of your dogs in the morning and be efficient when picking up later in the day. It makes it a great experience for you, the staff, and your dog.

I told them that I did not care how they 'normally' did it, I wanted it my way. They have been trimmed only once the way I wanted. Today, in spite of very specific instructions, they did not follow my simple instructions. Also, they require my dogs to be there at 8:30 am even though I cannot pick them up until after 3 pm. I live only a few blocks away and do not like my critters being kept in small cages ALL DAY LONG. Pawcassos LLC is just a bit farther away. I checked them out and liked very much what I saw. They will get my business from now on (assuming their work is as good as my first impression.

I will not be using this company again.
