I am partially deaf and spoke to me like an idiot. I cannot believe his attitude and lack of understanding. How can one person run the store and you have 12 people in line? This location advertised 10 things on the list that are NOT actually available. No space. No propane. No boxes..... no extended access. No unlimited miles. The value was not there. Very understaffed for handling calls, providing service, and other responsibilities. I had to call the customer service number to get assistance with my rental extension and financial obligations. And to add to that the application they keep requesting doesn't work. This is unexceptible for such a large company that we all use to move our most precious personal items.

The guy he king me in said it was on the direction of his GM and that it was their local branches decision to do so. The gentleman at the counter told me I was missing a tie, which I never received, and therefore he wouldn't accept it. Explaining that everything was as I'd bought it (you can tell when a box is used, come on now) he replied "how can I sell that?" The exchange was so argumentative and off-putting. Ok, I suppose it's more difficult to sell returned boxes (??) but that's the policy and it was not adhered to. I left the frame boxes in the giveaway bin - what does one do with those if not moving - for some lucky soul who I doubt could tell they'd sat in a truck for 24 hours. Whatever.
