He really works for you. We sold our house in June of 2024. This was a complicated transaction due to timing. But Rich handled everything and made it work. He sold the house in 3 days, we got an offer above the asking price. We were able to close in 2 weeks and have the money sent to another state for a closing on July 3rd. On top of all his skills he is kind. At our closing he presented me with a book of pictures of my home(that was being sold). He knew how much I loved that home, now I have a great book of that home as a memory.

Agent…read morePeter Kroll and managing broker/agent PJ Whitbeck have been absolutely dreadful to work with. From the minute we signed our listing agreement over three months ago we have consistently been experiencing great mistreatment, deplorable and unethical customer service, conducted with total unprofessionalism. They seem to have their own agendas, as we have never been treated with any respect or felt heard or valued as a client. They have refused or ignored all of our simple requests, including being added to MLS alerts for showing requests, and feel like we have been kept in the complete dark, with them seemingly telling us only what they wanted us to know. They have dodged and deflected our questions and concerns, they have not responded to us in a timely manor and have not kept their word when they say they will do things. Our listing was lacking in specifics and riddled with incorrect and misleading information even after we repeatedly let them know of it. They continued to leave it uncorrected and have done nothing apart from posting our property to the MLS and their website to market it - they didn't even offer us a lock box but had 4 keys made, or put up a for sale street sign. We can't understand their erratic and nonchalant behavior as the market is hungry for properties while the area is lacking them and they currently have very few listings and sales. Their website has their recent stats - check them out! They've even had to close one of their offices (Lake Placid) recently . Regardless of our listing being incomplete and incorrect, we had over a thousand views and a hundred saves on MLS and only one showing until we started to complain and miraculously the request began coming in. At that point we refused all showings out of utter mistrust and not wanting to have anything to do with them. We have asked numerous times to be released from the listing agreement but have been denied every time, without any apology or effort to make things right with us. A couple weeks ago they dropped our listing from MLS and their website but still refuse to release us from the listing agreement, purely out of spite and vindictiveness. We are utterly baffled as to why they would treat my 86-year-old mother and I in this deplorable fashion. I gave them one star only because I have too not because they deserve any.

When we called the company to report this dangerous driver, the woman Sue that we talked to was rude and argumentative. if there are ANY other shows in town, please call them over these mentally ill people.
