I refer to the above and wish to inform you and your team that my Family and I had a very enjoyable recent stay at your hotel.
Despite the natural elements, that were beyond your control, I believe what really made our break enjoyable was the high quality service we received from your team of staff. In times of recession, particularly in a very tough market, when your Hotel is competing with the subsidised Government owned NAMA hotels, you have successfully made service a priority.
The Ladies who looked after my kids in the Playroom, (thanks Sinead), the chamber maids who cleaned up after my messy kids, the head Restaurant Waiter who dealt, most professionally, on Wednesday the 11th, with my request to change my dish and not least, to the overwhelming sense of well being that your team were able to add to our break.
It goes without saying that the ladies at the front desk were most accommodating in all major queries like recommending places of interest in the immediate vicinity, together with my children's demands for balloons and the particular colour thereof, while at the same time, they were busy organising substantial wedding parties.
I trust you will be kind enough to communicate the foregoing to your team and further that you will keep up the high standards so we may partake in same, once again, in the near future.
