We ordered a bottle of wine at the waiters recommendation and ended up with something crisp and white, not sweet, which is exactly what we'd hoped for. There were so many options, but some of the things we tried were the roast chicken, the gnocchi and the veal. The one hiccup was that we thought we were ordering scallops and ended up with veal, but that was totally the fault of us and our translating app, so we made do and all tried it- it was amazing even though we're not even fans of veal! Even if elegant does not make you feeling uncomfortable, the menu changes often and they try always to serve seasonal food. The style of the dishes is local Italian/Calabrese but never obvious, they really try to start from great ingredients and a sound culinary culture to move forward a make the difference. The tuna appetizer, the pasta with anduia and sea urchins, and the gelato di pane are just amazing. Last but not least the price is affordable and the quality/price ratio is great.
