I was looking for someone to rewrite my resume. Linda not only rewrote it, but made it POP!!. It was a lot cheaper than doing it on line out of town. I thank you so much. It was also fast. She had it re-written in two days. I am so happy to have found her services. Thank you so much. A very satisfied customer. read more

Very Disappointed! I called and set an appointment for 3:30pm (wrote it down while the receptionist was on the phone) she stated several times that payment was required in advance, kinda left a bad taste in my mouth that her entire focus was on my payment, not their service but OK, let's at least see what they are all about. Arrived early for my 3:30 appointment only to be told I was incorrect, it was at 4:00pm. No apology, just a flippant attitude towards my time. I can't speak to the quality of their work but if you use them try not to have the sense that your time is valuable because they sure don't! read more

After they put Kristi Barnes in charge of my account things went downhill. After getting several unsuitable candidates for the positions I had, I suggested that perhaps I could pre interview the people she would be sending to my yard. Kristi did not want to allow this. Kristi lost my business with Rand, there were times I was spending close to $100K per year for temporary labor services. From the customer's standpoint there are much better options. I have never dealt with them from the position as an employee. The people at Rand helped me more than they know. It is nice to know they will be there is something happens with my current employer.

After calling a few resume places I decided to come to Ferra based on my conversation with the receptionist. She was extremely pleasant and explained the process thoroughly. Great price as well.
