When we started the project, he took the time to precisely dissect not only what we were looking for aesthetically, but also what we "needed" on the practical side--all while staying within our budget. Their communication is beyond excellent and Derek is just a pleasure to speak with. We spoke on a scheduled weekly basis, and I can't tell you how important those calls are to stay on-target. I've worked with other non-local developers in the past and it was a nightmare (between communication issues, false promises, poor design, etc.). My goal was to go local with this project and TopNotch has been a dream. I also like the fact that he's not a "yes man". He actually listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions accordingly. Our conversations are always constructive and collaborative. I feel like we're a team, not that I'm just paying someone to make my website. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat if I were to do it all over. They've gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Do not trust your website to these guys. I used them to…read moretransfer a website from a different server and develop a new one for me. What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there. Do you self a favor and keep looking.

I can't believe I am the first to review! I have had the…read morepleasure of using LMS for SEO for the last couple of years and have nothing but great things to say about Pete and his team. Plenty of people within their field will promise you the world but then not be able to deliver. Pete and his team are the exact opposite. Their ability to generate revenue is amazing and to top it off they are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a new SEO company (and even if you aren't) I suggest you give LMS a try. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed!
