He was always updating on the process of scheduling, making sure we got the right product for our situation, and even came out to assure everything was going smoothly. Ours was a small job, but you would never know it by the care he gave. Last but certainly not least, his estimate was the cheapest of all the roofers we had out for quotes. Robby came highly recommended by several neighbors, and we couldn't appreciate their recommendation or his services more. As a Realtor in middle Tennessee, he is definitely on my vendors list to give to my clients.

He was very easy to work with, and very helpful with his suggestions and recommendations for future work. My driveway looks brand new now and I couldn't be happier. In addition, per Metro Stormwater, needed to upgrade my culvert to RCP and remove the old corrugated steel one. The owner, Ryan, contacted me back quickly with a willingness to meet soon. After meeting up, he analyzed the property with work to be done and got back to me with a quote that same day (it took others days and weeks)! After getting fed up with other company's delays and time wasting, decided to have him do the work. During the process, he was very communicative and professional. Always called me for any questions he had and didn't mind me checking in on the site often. Job was completed to my expectations and I have no complaints! Pricing was similar to others and work was great. Would have preferred to pay on credit card but was unable to this time around unfortunately. Would absolutely recommend and will keep him in mind for future projects!

I was VERY clear about how I wanted the trees pruned, that I wanted a natural look and absolutely did NOT want them butchered, or "topped". I was absolutely sick when I saw what this "artist" had done to our trees. Additionally, he left tall stumps rather than cutting them down to the ground. He damaged other trees when dropping branches and didn't bother to tell us. He was supposed to have assessed and trimmed a damaged tree in the backyard, yet just a few months later, a large branch fell, causing our neighbor great concern. Not only is he not worth his high rates, but our yard, and our bank account, would have been much served by hiring the newbie company that did some smaller work for us.
