I had to call and track down a quote after a week. Then had to track down to pay as he would not…read morecut until paid in advance. Quote was to bush hog an overgrown property. More than shown here. $800. Then increased by $200 due to 4 days between quote and payment. Charged my credit card twice. A week later still didn't get refund for $1035. I arrived at property 10 days after payment to find not only was it not done correctly but he didn't cut. The realtor did...twice. When he was notified he asked "would you like me to send someone?". Then 2 days later I'm back at property still not cut. I had to reach out again and asked him how he planned on resolving. After telling him not to bother and refund money he came out, cut over what had been cut by someone else 2 days earlier then stated he'd refund $500 of the $1000. What was cut the gentleman charged me $250. I told him either refund (full if he didn't do the work) or do the job he was paid for and refund the second payment. I told him I'd report him for fraud for charging for services not provided and he basically told me to go ahead. Do not use him and if you do don't pay in advance.
