I highly recommend this establishment for anyone searching for good quality jewelry…read more I found this place through a friend and I'm glad I did, because it's sometimes hard to find a place that offers what you're looking for that has good prices, honest and great customer service! The establishment is in a urban area that has plenty of street metered parking and restaurants nearby. They even always have some water and dog food outside for anyone who has a pet they'd like to bring with them or passing by.. I recently purchased a necklace that I had them engrave with mine and my son's name (complimentary) of course it came out perfect. I also purchased a diamond band but I had to get it sized down since my fingers are pretty small lol they text/ call you if the jewelry if it's sooner than what they had expected or if they have any questions which makes it very convenient. They are open 7 days a week and accept cash, debit and all major credit cards. The best part of it is they also offer a layaway plan for those who want to pay for it little by little with no interest! They also have another location in the Ironbound section of Newark... I will definitely be back very soon !

By far the worst customer service experience I've encountered! The staff are unhelpful and…read moreargumentative, including the owners of the store. They claim to be a family oriented business but in reality they only thing they care about is your money. I went to ask for a refund on an item that my mother bought and the sales representative said they don't do refunds and how it was clearly stated on the receipt. I told her my mom doesn't know English and she said it was her fault because how could she live in this country without speaking the language. Instead of ratifying the situation, she made things worse and got confrontational. The worst part about everything is that I believe she is part of the family who owns the establishment because no one behind the counter interfered to help the situation. Apparently, it is the norm for them to make such appalling and racist remarks towards their customers. I don't recommend this establishment. Bergenline Ave is filled with some many amazing local business owners and it is extremely disappointing that they can get away with such offensive remarks.

I came here on a sunny, cool spring afternoon in search of a pair of earrings that I could wear…read moreevery day. I've passed Bianca jewelers on several occasions. The diamonds in the window delicately glisten as you walk by, and they invite you to try them on with the subtle whisper of their light. When I finally walked in, I knew this was the place for me. Lisa promptly asked me what I was specifically looking for. Her approach was warm, and she understood that one must find a pair or earrings that feel totally yourself. With Lisa's help, I chose the pearl and emerald stud earrings, a simple, classic piece with a little sparkle. Bianca Jewelers has been in business for over 50 years, and offers more than an opportunity for you to buy jewelry. It helps you find a piece that enhances and reflects your inner beauty. I'm thankful for Lisa's help, and highly recommend this jewelry business.

I have very thin fingers (size 4.5), and they made me feel completely comfortable while ensuring every necessary adjustment was made to achieve the perfect fit. I recently returned on Monday to have my engagement ring resized, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They added sizing beads, and the craftsmanship is flawless--the beads perfectly match the rose tone inside my ring. I can't recommend them highly enough

This is my 3rd time selling my jewelry to them…read more World class experience every time! I usually deal with mike I think he's the owner. Great prices very fair .. mike is always nice and knowledgeable about the market and fair value. They explain to you how much things are worth.. show you the facts and give you a good offer. Would recommend him to anyone ... don't wait just call or go! The reviews speak for themselves. Thank you Mike. Keep it going.

I had some old 14k gold jewelry to sell (broken name chain from when I was a kid and a name plate…read morebracelet that I never wear) and didn't know where to start. TBH I've never sold jewelry before and pawn shops/ "we buy gold" establishments always give off a weird vibe so I avoid them. But I'm moving pretty far away and holding on to broken jewelry that I haven't worn in 20 years simply doesn't make sense so I decided I would sell it rather than risking it getting lost in the move. I've seen this place many times in passing so after seeing positive reviews (albeit from many Yelp newbies) I decided to stop by. Mike was personable and helpful. I did end up selling my pieces, he briefly explained the gold market and we chatted a bit about the jewelry and how he does business. He clearly cares about he does. Overall it was an easy, chill transaction. He shared he was offering $70/g but as it was explained to me: that can change and also depends on how much you're selling. I'm no expert. Did I do a lot of research? Not really. But Mike seemed genuine, wasn't pushy and didn't give off a "tryna get you" vibe. If you're looking to sell or even buy secondhand jewelry, I definitely recommend swinging by and chatting with Mike. Store wasn't busy on a Thursday, early afternoon.
