After calling they came that day to do the estimate and took the time to understand what I wanted done. Ned was also great with advice to help keep the trees healthy and tried to do only what was needed. He actually recommended not doing a lot of work on one tree and have an estimate on its life. They were able to come the next week to do the work and worked with me on a day that worked in my schedule. Their work was great and they really made the trees look better and also cleaned the gutters. The place was spotless when they left and there was no debris left behind. I had gotten a couple other estimates and they were the most reasonable and I felt very fair in trying to only do the work that was needed.
