It was a bit cold here, but better than outdoors, so we conceded. Ludovic took our order, brought the appetizers and then completely ignored us for more than an hour. Freezing by now, and hungry, we asked to be seated inside at a recently emptied table. Ludowic told us that he was very busy and could not accommodate us. We continued to freeze (and starve) while the table remained empty. Finally, my husband had to go inside and loudly complain until another waiter, Dean, came over and said, of course we could move to that table and that our food would be out in two minutes (he had just previously realized that we had not been served, while others who came in behind us had. Others, by the way, HAD been moved inside when tables became available. Dean took good care of us and the food was good -- the dessert excellent, but thanks to the management of Ludowic, we recommend that if you avoid this restaurant if he is on the premises!
