More importantly, he had the same philosophies that I have as a manager. I was happy to see that translate through the work of his technicians, specifically Mario (pictured). The first was a hot water heater which began leaking overnight, and I awoke to saturated carpet the next morning. The most recent was a slow leak in the shower, which seeped underneath the tub and thru the wall into the adjacent bedroom and damaged about 6" of carpet. Steamatic came both times. The owner comes out first to assess the damage, then he assigns a crew based on the extent of damage and the mitigation needed. They work with insurance companies as well as individuals. Their customer service is exceptional and their crews that come out take good care of your furniture that may have to be moved etc. They explain in detail what needs to be done. I have used them twice and been highly satisfied both times.
