I have never received such poor service and lack of support when issues were raised and left unanswered for 5 days or more on some support tickets. Various supplied software with the unlimited package was outdated and the PHP versions update choice didn't even work. This caused various running issues and could not get any support to fix these as they were down to Cherry Host and not on the client side. Richard is also a very rude person when he does finally reply. I would not recommend this host what so ever. I moved away from Cherry Host after two weeks of frustrating wait times for simple serverside issues that needed looking at and didn't even warrant a reply for days on end. Now with a host who has 24/7 support and deals with issues within the hour normally. So very unhappy with Cherry Host and Richards terrible attitude once he has your money. It will teach me to research the background checks on this type of cheap company and boasted offers of service at affordable prices in the future.

All stock which very comprehensive, was clearly marked with prices which were very fair. Not cluttered up and access was easy. Lighting is a bit dim. There are two branches of this company, (which covers three Counties in the South East), in Chi. Parking is not direct but Chi has good parking all around The Walls of the City.
