I was initially put off by the tough-guy, bro-ish image this gym tries to project in its advertising (also evident in many of the posters and signs on the walls here), which includes a sign calling using the hand railings on a treadmill "a sign of weakness", a PSA poster about how violent ex-cons are probably more fit than you are, and the lack of air conditioning this gym likes to brag about on its website. In spite of being put off by that type of messaging and optics, I eventually caved and got a membership here. Great place to go for a morning or evening workout. This is more of a weights gym than a cardio gym, but does include exercise bicycles and a small handful of treadmills. Staff are generally pleasant and sometimes make small talk with gym members. Vending machine distributing water and protein shakes available as well. In spite of the outward image, this is a solid neighborhood gym that will most likely meet your goals and needs.

The staff and members are extremely friendly and always greet people with a nice smile. My favorite part is the unique and electric decorations all throughout the gym! Not to mention, their equipment is top-notch. FF has outstanding machines that isolate certain muscles from different angles. (perfect for bodybuilding!) I am proud to be a member of this gym because its uplifting atmosphere motivates me to show up every single day.
