That said, 100% missed the mark on my estimate. 100% quoted $1,575 for a job that wound up costing $325. 100% plumbing's solution was so different that I question their integrity. Great response. I did cancel via text. It delivered. Not my fault you didn't acknowledge it. But that's not the issue to me. Coming and messing with the equipment and denying it when I called until I advised them it's on camera. Str8 out lies. Ask him about the electrical box. I have everything on camera showing him where he doesn't belong in my back yard messing with equipment he shouldn't have touched. He should have left when no one answered the FRONT door. I stead he went into my backyard. Nope and lying to me then telling me have a blessed day. To me that's demons talking

He was right, the plumbing is old. He did a quick check on flow and he says the flow is fine and did not need snaked. I had stated to him that Snaking it has fixed it in the past and that normally fixes it for a period of time. he gave me an estimate on snaking the pipe that wasn't that bad. He also suggested that the wall box for the washer needed to be raised. I said that seems like an easy fix and then all went to hell, he started accusing me of arguing with him and then said if I was so smart and wanted to do everything myself there was no reason for him to be there. I had no want to do it myself since this is the reason I called him as this is a rental property that I have been working on for a few days. then he basically went to full yelling . Even going to the point of asking me if I was threatening him. Also said I cannot be from Tennessee because of how I was acting. This tech has a very weird and slight anger trigger that is not good for customers and he had a young boy with him that should never been exposed to this kind of none sense. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and can get some control, as a customer I was very disturbed by his action because a customer should be able to ask a question without verbal assault.

He was in and out in less than 10 minutes turns out it was just a tripped fuse which I missed my mistake. But they ended up charging us $139 something so little! I asked him to please charge us less that was just too much and he said nope can't do that. Of course we called back, asking to speak to management. They didn't get back to us. 3 more calls later over half a week I finally got a manager to call me back. Said the guy only charged us $60 to flip the switch, the other $79 was a "dispatch fee". Yes I looked at the box and missed the tripped switch I thought I got them all but come on we payed $139 for 10 minutes of work. They refused to refund us anything from their overpriced fees. Best he could was waive some fees on our next call. Spoiler alert there isn't going to be a next call with the way we were treated. Hey Lee Company, don't treat people like this. Just because times are tough doesn't mean you should rob us blind. I feel very much taken advantage of.

Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!
