My first attorney, Lisa quit halfway throughout my case because she was overwhelmed. She was unprepared for my pendente lite hearing and set my case on a downward trajectory from the start. Another attorney later took over and was more competent, but I felt he did not want to take the case to trial. Because of that, I am now facing the consequences of bad advice.
