Some time last year, I visited this store to see if they bought gold and silver (old or unwanted…read morejewelry) and Mark said yes! I had inherited so much and needed his expertise. I went in twice with my loot and he helped me separate the costume jewelry from the real stuff. I donated all the costume jewelry and told him I would be back to sell the good jewelry when I was comfortable with the spot price of gold. Mark was so kind and even suggested I go to another dealer first, so that I could get more than one quote. So, that's what I did! Yesterday was my day! I got one quote at the first business - which was good, and then took my loot to Mark. His quote was a little bit higher on the exact items. I also asked him to double check some of the jewelry that was not accepted at the first place. Most of that turned out to be gold, so he gave me an additional quote. Mark is very personable and gives you all the time you need. I would recommend this store for their beautiful jewelry as well! I also had Mark size a ring for me last year and he did a great job! Trustworthy and fair! The kind of attention and customer service I received doesn't exist in too many places anymore, so thank you Mark! Carole P.

Mark and Luke are reputable guys and take really good care of you. I bought an engagement ring…read morehere and they gave me a good deal while explaining all of my options. I never felt pressured and always felt in control of the sale. Additionally, a vendor of theirs damaged my ring while setting it. Truth be told, I NEVER would have noticed it but Luke brought it to my attention immediately, replaced the ring, and never bothered me for more money or anything else. These guys do business in an old school, handshake, "look-you-in-the-eye", sort of way. I really appreciated them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry and a quality buying experience.
