I never heard anything for two days, so I called their office. They basically refused to see me. I got the feeling they did not want to step on the other doctor's toes and were going along with his diagnosis without giving me an examination as my doctor requested. They suggested I go to Penn State Hershey, still without diagnosing my issue separately. I would not recommend this practice as they tend to pick and choose without seeing the patient. I can't say that poor patient care was an issue, for I was never seen. I felt bad for the person on the phone, as she was being advised by someone else, who could have given me the courtesy of speaking to me directly. In a word, describing them.... condescending! Definitely not patient-focused.

She thoroughly targeted the problem areas that I had noted and took incredible care of my skin, clearly exhibiting her expertise. We discussed other services and created a treatment plan (including lasering) for my skin to help get it where I want it to be. I was so comfortable under Kristi's care, and am entirely confident that I'll see drastic results in my skin throughout my next several appointments with her. Not to mention her kindness and enthusiasm made the appointment even more enjoyable. After my appointment, Lorena assisted in checking out and scheduling my next visit, and she couldn't have been more pleasant and complimentary.
