We were pleased overall…read more But, It was a bit different experience in that the massage therapist are apparently expected to answer the phones while working on clients. This should not happen. Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Very good experience overall.

As of June 18, 2026, I have yet to receive any additional communication from the establishment or any of their staff. I am confident that the owner does a great job with her massages, which is evident in previous reviews, also a deciding factor for my selection of this location. However, my experience with the staff member that was available was not a good one at all and felt like a complete waste of time and money. A simple apology would have spoken volumes. But as you can see, she didn't know what to say and doubled down on that by not saying anything else at all. As an additional side note, I traveled into Hot Springs, from a city about 45 minutes away, specifically for this Thai massage.

They are very touristy and VERY busy (lines out the door) in my mind that means likely not the cleanest. Highly recommend, and a shout out to James, who cured my aching shoulders! Seriously, if you miss this you will regret it.

I chose Thai-Me Spa because they actually answered the phone and were very informative when other…read morebathhouses were not, mainly the Quapaw! I made a simple reservation online for a 1-hour mineral soak which and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken to the locker room and showed were the lockers and showers were, told to change into my swimsuit and wait outside the door for her to come back with a robe and flip flops. It took me over 5 minutes to even find a locker that actually latched as I was not going to leave my valuables unsecure. The lady never come back and I was left standing outside the locker room in just my swimsuit until another patron showed me where the soaking tubs were. There are 3 tubs which are just ok, not as hot as expected and one had a lot of foam. The foam is typically soap residue from people's skin and there is a defoaming product that eliminates this issue. My concern was blown off and told that it's normal. They will come get you the second your time expires to settle the bill after showering ang getting dressed. I received my bill with a $12 gratuity added which I vaguely remembered from the web site when booking. I don't mind them adding the tip, but I received no services that deserved a tip, but oh well. I was going to make an appointment for a massage the next day upon settling my bill, but I decided not to after receiving no sort of services and required to tip anyway. Ironically, the spa called me less than 30 minutes after I had left stating that someone's wallet was missing from the locker room and asked if I had seen it. I stated that the only thing I saw when I first arrived and was looking for a functional locker was a cell phone, but no wallets. They asked if I was certain and it almost felt as if they were placing the blame of a missing wallet on me. In my opinion, this is the responsibility of Thai-Me Spa and up to them to provide lockers that actually lock!
