Over the past several years, the local Fedex delivery organizations have been at best the Keystone Cops of delivery. Pers I'm currently missing a $300 package and the delivery message isn't of my front door(it looks like a car trunk), and the comment states it was put inside a "locker". I live in a single story home with no lockers what so ever. To make it worse, I can't file a claim, I have to get the shipper to do it. If they refuse, I'm SOL. When they do get a package here, I find it next to the mail box or road, tossed into the back of my truck and May other creative minimum effort places. Talking to neighbors, this seems to be normal. GO BROWN or GO USPS. You will at least get your stuff. read more

I have been having problems with FEDX delivery service out of Hattiesburg, Mississippi FEDX "Hub" and every time I order something from Amazon or some where else, sometimes they will use "FEDX" and there is a driver (who is black), and he delivers my packages to the wrong address for 4 times, (three times in 2021) and 1 time this year so far, today January 6, 2022. Today, My neighbor knocked on my door (he lives in Apt 7), I live in Apartment 18, and brought me a package that was left at his door that was addressed to me. The same delivery driver for FEDX did the same thing last year three times, left a package at Apt 1, Apt 17, and Apartment 7 again. I Have filed numerous complaints with the Hattiesburg FEDX(HUB) with shipping since 2021 and once this year so far. Each time the person I speak with say they will take care of it, but the driver seems ot "repeat" his-self. I Have asked the driver in 2021 (August) or so to "LOOK" at the label and "see where it is to be delivered", and it seems as though "he just doesn't care". Why don't they just "fire him" He continues to do the same thing over and over again?, why? I have an indoor/outdoor security system here, and I have it all on video when he left my package at my neighbor's Apt next door last year. The Apt complex here is only 18 Apt and for "senior"s and the "disabled" only, 60 years of age or older. Can't be chasing down the packages cause some can't walk, can't do too much of anything, (nurses comes in and out here), checking on residents, etc. I have talked to my attorney, and he said get it on video several more times(which I am), and then we can file a cause of action against FedEx in a civil case because chasing down packages interferes with the health and welfare of the intended recipient. I have spoken with 4 different people at the HUB FedEx (shipping department), in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 4 times since 2021. The package was delivered to 2799 HWY 49 South, Apt #7, Collins, Mississippi 39428, not Apt 18. ONe time I went out to the truck he was driving and the music/radio was so loud you could hear it clear out to the hwy 49, disgusting to say the least. Maybe that is what is wrong with him, he's listening to music instead of paying attention to what he is suppose to be doing? read more

Fedex needs to update their GPS system. Always have problems with my Amazon deliveries. Driver argued with my neighbor and insisted he had to leave my package at her shed. Still waiting on another package that was delivered to someone's garage and I don't even have one but they insist that it was delivered. Wish Amazon would use their own drivers, they are so much better than Fedex and UPS. read more

Don't use Fedex...just don't. I paid nearly $20 to have Fedex ship a package to OR...that was a month ago. Fedex tracking shows the package doing laps (I'm not joking) between OR and WA. I've called Fedex several times, and while I can't understand most of what they say (I'm pretty good with accents, but what they're speaking isn't even real english), the overall message is that they passed the package off to USPS at some point, and now claim they have no responsibility to me as their customer. USPS tells me (in perfectly intelligible english) that they never received the package from Fedex, but will be happy to help if/when they ever do. All told, between the refund I owe my ebay buyer and the lost item, I'm out nearly $200, and Fedex, the company with whom I made a contract for delivery, says "not our problem". The moral of the story is: Buyer Beware...Fedex has loopholes by which they can take your money, lose your package, and take no responsibility. read more
