My package was scheduled to be delivered today, after waiting for hours after projected delivery time I called customer service, they say my delivery is on its way and to wait till 8pm.I call again at 5:55pm just for them to lie and say my package was supposed to be delivered "tomorrow", when it clearly said in the system, today. Now the representative is saying I can pick my package up but the store closes in 5 minutes. A waste of time and a wasted day! read more

Fedex has indicated for 2 days that my package has been placed on the truck for delivery and after checking the tracking it has indicated it was returned back to Fedex plant inn Greenville in the afternoons. These trucks are by my place everyday. Today a truck stopped outside, however may have delivered a package across the street. Are packages for the same areas not on the same truck? When delivery is scheduled by end of the day didn't think that would be early afternoon. read more

The only reason FEDEX exists is to deliver packages and you think they would be better at it. Since when was just sliding it onto your porch a delivery. I mean they don't bother to come up on the porch nor do they knock or ring the doorbell. The Mailman and UPS actually come on the porch and ring the doorbell. Think about it this is a service that I pay for, to deliver a package to me, I don't see them putting packages in front of a business and not even trying to make contact. read more

While that is ideal it is not an absolute rule if the person who has signed is in your presence and has presented a valid ID and stated that it is heir signature. Most of these people fail to plan ahead. If you had a box at home, why didn't you use it? As far as printing goes, you have to plan ahead. Remember, this location is adjacent to the university. Don't send an order in and expect to get it in an hour. Unrealistic expectations don't warrant giving a business a poor rating. There should be a class in High School and College on how to plan. I wish all employees showed that level of care professionalism. Today's experience was nowhere close.
