Lousy delivery service !!! Package was to be left at my door as has always been the case. Instead I get a tag or notice of attempted delivery, twice. Once at my back door the other at the front, my packages have always been left at the door why the change? No signature required now my business is at a stand still because of there incompetence and don't try and talk to customer service there isn't anything but AI or a person that can't be understood no matter how hard you try even then they have no information. Also don't try and contact the local shipping terminal that is all but impossible. read more

Had package arrive for delivery on December 9 and was out for delivery. Didn't receive on 9 ,10 or 11 because of snow which I understood On 12 th was out for delivery and did not receive because of snow. There was no snow on 12 th and roads were bare. Out for delivery on 13 th and did not receive they said nobody home or a business. I was at my home (not a business) all day and no fed ex truck tried to deliver. On 14 said package out for delivery and never came. No reason called fed ex customer service and the put in ticket to expedite delivery. On 15th out for delivery and didn't receive. Out for delivery on the 16th and I called customer service after last time they said it would be here customer service promised I would get my package by 8:00 pm. And would text me when they were close. Got text at 8:15 pm and they said due to operational difficulties I would not get package delivered. Until the. 17th. I am beyond words to describe how bad their service and communication is. Will never use fed ex again and if I order something thy is going to be shipped fed ex I will cancel order read more

I have a package that requires delivery. the driver made no effort to make contact with me while TWO cars are parked outside, with three people home. no knock, no trying the different doors, no effort besides slapping a door tag on my door. you didn't "miss me" you made no fucking effort. absolutely lousy and lazy. We get packages several times a week. We have our house number prominently displayed for UPS & FedEx. FedEx is the only one that can never seem to find our house. I don't know how many times FedEx has delivered packages to my house that were not mine. I have driven to more houses in the last year to deliver YOUR packages than I can count, it's ridiculous. read more

I'd gladly give a zero star, if possible. I have had multiple packages that were "out for delivery" from the Franklin, PA facility starting Monday - five days ago - and every day they update as undelivered due to local weather delays. Cold weather, I suppose, is a type of local weather, but I hesitate to say it's reason enough to not deliver a package. Unsurprisingly, I have had packages left by USPS, UPS, and DHL this week so apparently the weather isn't localized too much. And, of course, this is after customer service has tried to reach out multiple times to the facility/driver to prod them to actually do their job. I don't know... Maybe I'm expecting too much to have a package delivered? Am I being too demanding? I'm probably too demanding. read more

Horrible service!!! Twice now, in a span of a month, I have had packages that were "on truck, out for delivery" and then mysteriously changed to "delivery exception, future delivery requested." The request was a lie as I never even spoke to FedEx prior to the delivery date and I most certainly NEVER asked for a future delivery. I ordered the product because I needed it on a specific date. All I got were excuses when I called to find out where my package was, who set the delivery exception and why it was not delivered when it was supposed to be. If you need something to be delivered on time, go elsewhere. read more

the service is horrible i get my packages sometime brought to my door which is what i pay for. they put it in a tote which does not belong to me. i have contacted them several times and still no resolution to the problem. i realize the drivers are overworked but thats their job to deliver to the door especially when the label says side garage door. so side garage door or tote at the bottom of the hill maybe they should be trained how to read labels. poor poor poor service which should be controlled by better management. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! Tracking says they delivered my package today.. They did NOT.. called FEDEX and they confirmed my package was left at a place no where near where I live !!! This happens often and usually I never do get my packages.. They should fire everyone at this office and / or close it down !! Complete incompetence !!! read more

Awful. Tracking said the package was on the truck for delivery today. At 5pm, I called and spoke to someone and they said they would send a message to the driver and see what was going on. At 6:30pm still no package. Mind you, I'm a business. I call back, they tell me the same thing. They will give me a call. I demand that is not good enough and our business closed at 6pm. They transfer me to someone else. This person calls the station and finds out the package was on the drivers manifest but was not on the truck. NO ONE updated the tracking number, NO ONE called us. Apparently, the package will be delivered tomorrow and our store is closed so we will have to come and sit around to wait for them. Not happy. Never have been with Fedex in this area. We are now going to be a day behind with our orders. read more

This review gets a one because there's no way to give them no stars. We had a package due yesterday, bright sunny day. The driver indicates delivery exception; weather delay. I called and complained and was informed by national customer service that the package would be delivered tomorrow. Today being that tomorrow, another bright sunny day, suddenly at 3:10 p.m. there's a delivery exception. We have a long driveway it is not paved and it has yet to be a challenge for any delivery service. We offered to meet the driver at the end of the driveway and gave them our house phone number. When customer service called The Depot in Franklin on our behalf yesterday evening the depot Personnel were apparently rude to their own customer service people. I believe that the non delivery today was in retaliation for complaining yesterday. Not only will I never use that office of FedEx again, I do not see my way clear to using FedEx again ever. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of what happened. I am now apparently to wait until Tuesday for my package. Unhappy doesn't even begin to cover it. read more
