I am so unhappy With the UPS store in Okotoks. I got a call from Robert. One of the employees. He…read moresaid a package of mine was in and you come pick it up when I got there a day or two later he said he sent the package back because he hurt his hand while he was lifting it. Like wtf. Is that the procedure. This is the third time the component I had ordered came. First two times the package was destroyed beyond repair and the inside item was no good to anyone. Robert blames it on the packing. But it obvious ups was to blame. I don't understand why Robert even works there. All he does is play with his dog in the back room and ignore customers anyway. I wish corporate was more aware of Robert and his poor dealings with people or customers. He really makes them look bad. Why is a 90 year old senior hurting himself and sending parcels back after he hurts himself in the store.

We tried large quantities of most consumer grade products available from retailers like Home Depot and spent a fortune on them. More than the flat fee I paid JAPCO. Right from the first call I made to JAPCO staff and every dealing with their Technical Experts we were impressed with their knowledge and execution was top notch. Our situation was very serious and most concerning as they breached the foundation and ran rampant throughout the house. James and Mike, the Technical Experts were very personable and knew their stuff. With the shear number of Carpenter Ants it took a few applications but it is now one week since the last application and we haven't seen a sign of these damaging insects. I called JAPCO on 3 occasions to schedule visits and JPACO worked the appointments into my schedule. With the one year warranty I can sleep at night knowing they have my property and best interests in mind. There was no nickel and diming like some of their competitors as they worked on a flat fee.
