They have a great collection of books, space to group study, plenty of computer to work on and print from, FREE printing with a library card. Masks are required and provided along with hand sanitizer at the entrance! My favorite part about the library is how helpful, friendly and informative the librarians are! They are so patient and kind, the King County Library System is awesome!!

Wow. This is the best public library I have ever seen of those in Florida, Hawai'i, and throughout the State of Washington. It beats out the public library in Kirkland which is very small compared to this library. The book selection is wonderful and the children's section inspires children to read. I love this library. Residents are very fortunate to have this library.

Wow was this a surprise or what? I used to live in Federal Way and my parents used to drop me at…read morethis library while my mom practiced driving. I did not recognize the library at all after 17 years. If it had not been for the road leading in, the library would've been completely unrecognizable. The entrance has wood plating and very modernized lighting. The inside looked more like a study lounge in a college than a college. The library is still modest in size but was very new and had a lot of natural lights from the windows. There was a computer lounge as well as many study rooms and one meeting room. I have to admit, I almost miss my old library but I can't deny how attractive the new designs were. They have a check yourself-out-station, which was pretty neat as you don't have to wait in line during busy hours. While not extravagant, this will always have a special place in my heart.

This is new (as of Fall 2013). Its a small, intimate library. But it's part of the larger county…read moresystem so you can use their website to deliver books to this location and hold them for you so you can come pick them up. If you use this option there are some shelves just off your right as you enter and they will be listed in alphabetical order of your last name. Right next to it are the self-check out computers, there are also some receptionists that can help sign you up as well as help you with any questions. Overdue books cost $0.10 a day, you can pay online, as well as extend the check out of a book you currently have if you're not ready to return it. If that book has been put on hold by someone else however, you will have to return it or pay the daily fee. There are some study areas, some study rooms that I believe you can reserve. There are also public computers and empty desks to work at. Very nice, clean location!

This location offer such a amazing atmosphere for him. They have computers that are free to access for the little ones and adults. There was a safe place for him to use crayons and color pencils without making a mess. The location itself is not super big which can be one of the perk since you can see everything without feeling overwhelmed. Their variety of kids books are just so diverse and visible. The first thing you see when walking in is the kids books section which makes it feel super welcoming. The walls are painted super cute and kids friendly. The staff is all super nice and helpful on helping me checkout the books for my son. They didn't mind that my son was yelling slightly even though I felt bad about it; he went to the back counter and instead of telling me to get him out and making me uncomfortable they made him feel welcomed and spoke to him nicely. They asked about his day and offered him stickers. This to me was just such a amazing experience because having two little ones are not easy to care for. Overall, this location surpassed all my expectations with amazing librarians.

It's fucking ridiculous and they needed to refund me and they refused. They told me it's because it screwed up. They couldn't give me an actual answer they just kept saying it's goofed up that's what she kept saying over and over with no explanation or elaboration but blatantly refusing to give me my money back. It's pretty stupid because the preview shows that my shit is going to print out normal and that's definitely not what happened so they should've paid me back but nope they refuse. Super great library. Don't go there they are scammers

Cute and cozy little neighborhood library close to our home. We visit every Wednesday evening and…read moresometimes 1 other day a week. The one negative I can say about this library is the hours. They are not open as late as other libraries which makes it a little difficult to arrange days to go. Thankfully they stay open the latest of Wednesday. Though small, they have a wide range of books and the books they don't have you can place on hold and have it within 1-2 days. They has a section that is just dedicated to kids with things to color, computers with learning activities and books. This little library offers reading to children on certain days and crafts on certain days. There are also small seminars for adults. You can check out over 40 books, movies, magazines, etc. at a time. They have a limited number of computers which works because this is such a small library. This library has the most patient and helpful staff who have a bunch of recommendations and resources. In the same parking lot is a really awesome and also small park! Good place to plan a day with small kids. lunch at tube picnic tables, playing at the playground and then the library!

The library is small and cozy, and I've visited a few times with my kids or alone. However, I've…read morenoticed that I'm rarely acknowledged by the librarian--she never greets me when I arrive, and when I leave, I'm usually the one to say goodbye or wish her a good evening. Interestingly, I've observed that she greets others as they come and go. This behavior feels discriminatory, and it's not just her; other staff members seem to act the same way. It gives me the impression that we're not welcome there. You can often sense people's attitudes and feelings, and it seems that if you're not of their race, you're treated differently. It's unfortunate, especially considering it's a public library meant to serve everyone equally. .
