The quote was very reasonable and I was invited to get other estimates. After the other estimates, A+ was still the lowest. The finished product was the most impressive part. It took less than half a day. My roof was stripped down, new tar paper was nailed down. The roofers moved my turrets for maximum ventilation. Replaced them with new turrets, new vents everywhere. A new valley. My yard was completely clean when they left. Honestly, it looked better than it did when they arrived. Chris, the owner, walked me through the process. It was painless. He answered all of my questions, and there were a lot of questions. He arrived during the job to inspect the work and followed up with me the next day and reviewed the final product. A+ is a great company with wonderful workers. They should be your first choice.

The sales representative reviewed the proposal and project details but did not review the Terms and Conditions with me or discuss the provision stating that roofing nails may penetrate the roof decking and enter the attic. Had that specific risk been clearly discussed, I would have asked additional questions about the location of attic utilities before work began. Hargrove made a settlement offer before filing suit and maintained that position throughout the dispute. My subsequent settlement proposals were rejected, and the matter ultimately resolved on terms very close to Hargrove's original demand. As a result, a problem that began with a damaged HVAC line developed into months of litigation, attorney fees, court costs, and settlement discussions. I paid to repair the HVAC damage and then spent almost a year dealing with a dispute that ultimately consumed far more time, stress, and money than the original problem ever should have. Looking back, I believe a reasonable compromise at the outset would have been a better outcome for everyone involved. One thing I found particularly ironic was a sign displayed in Hargrove's office that read, "COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE." In my experience, that message did not match what occurred. The specific risk that roofing nails could damage attic utilities was never clearly communicated before work began, and the lack of meaningful communication contributed significantly to the dispute that followed. The case has now been formally resolved and the judgment satisfied. In my view, the central issue was never the roof itself. It was the failure to clearly communicate a known risk before work began and the inability of the parties to reach a practical resolution after the damage occurred. Prospective customers should carefully read every page of the contract, including the Terms and Conditions, and ask specific questions about the risk of damage to HVAC lines, plumbing, electrical wiring, or other utilities located near the roof decking before signing. I wish I had done so. Based on my experience, I would not use Hargrove Roofing again.

I have never used a dish company for my entertainment. The satellite dish fell off my roof and created a large hole in the roof. I called on Tuesday morning of this week and was told someone would contact me soon. No call, so I called again around 4pm to remind them I needed help putting up a temporary tarp and get my roof fixed. Again they said someone would contact me. It is now Sunday evening and still have not heard back from them. I do not recommend this roofing company.

My house was built in 2016 with a beautiful high pitched roof and has been giving me problems pretty much from day one due to what I just discovered was improper ventilation. A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.

It was determined that our flashing was leaking. Also, the squirrels had damaged every one of our roof vents. Found a missing shingle on roof inspection. Since I already had a leak problem, job was pushed forward to get it repaired before the next rain. Shingles replaced matched exactly. Replaced all roof vents and replaced roof areas that were leaking. Bronson is very easy to do business with. Fast response and he arrived when he said he would.
