    DO NOT COME HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE... To begin I have…read morebeen going back and forward because of a mistake of Ebony/abony. whoever the black lady with the short hair is, heavy set! I been here multiple times all because of her mistake and she can't own up to it because of her ego. I came here a few days ago to drop off some packages that I have to return. the first mistake was mine, I packaged two packages in one. Which Is fine. I went back home and fixed the problem. so who ever the young girl who was working with her scanned my QR code. but then she explained to me I needed to separate my packages to two. so then ebony steps in, super rude and a lot of aggression in her tone. I asked her a question if i can get the QR code for the other package so I can just drop it off she said,No..: which is fine... then I asked her if i can keep the label that she scanned she said no.. she said she'll void it.. our whole interaction she was anger and seemed irritated and very aggressive. well today I went back today under the impression she voided the label turns out she DIDNT. When I reminded her of our first interaction, she then started getting angry and loud.. she insisted I took the label. then she said she can bring up the cameras, I told her bring them up! I'm not a liar or crazy!!! She insisted it was my fault. It was embarrassing infront of the whole store And customers. NOW I have to wait on a new QR code, who knows when the company will reply. she didn't do her job, I wouldn't had this problem. gas is too high to be doing round trips. Shame on UPS for having associates like this. I won't be the first or last to complain about this lady. You shouldn't have someone represent their store like this. she will have customers never wanting to come back to this location. I know I won't return back. Customer service is a ZERO... I called to complain, I hope the owner sees all the complaints and gets rid of her Such a bad image on the ups location in glenwood.
