From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. I had 1 large construction bag filled with old clothing, and it was very heavy. There was a tall man working today that was very mean with a bad attitude. I asked him to pick up the bag for me and place it into the blue cart since it was too heavy for me to lift. He was very resistant and told me that next time I should use 2 bags instead of one. His attitude makes me not want to donate to here again, but I will give them another chance since it's for charity. Besides this bad experience, I'll tell you about Good Will. The are a great place to get rid of your old, used, or unwanted things. They take items such as clothes and outer wear for men, women, and children. They like shoes, belts, bags, luggage, jewelry, hats, scarfs, etc. They accept flat screen televisions and computers. They want art work and paintings. Toys are need for babies, children, and teenagers. Other common donation items consist of sofas, loveseats, chairs, recliners, ottomans, couches and nightstands, kitchen furniture, coffee tables, side tables, dining sets and china cabinets, Desks, credenzas, bookshelves, etc. Also they will accept Vinyl records, cassette tapes (including books on tape), CDs, and video games, hardback and paperback books, including textbooks and encyclopedias, DVDs and VHS movies. I hope this helps! This location is a drive through location, so you just pull up and a worker will come to the car to grab the donated items. Well, that didn't work for me today....
