Fast forward to 2022, the IRS froze my account and withdrew funds for not paying them. I paid this firm to take care of this for me and they are so sloppy, un-organized and they have no idea what they're doing. I highly urge you to go elsewhere. The franchise tax board audited me and I needed all my reports from Taxco for them to proceed. Upon the completion of the audit the a franchise rep notified me that Taxco's accounting had not properly broken down the taxes due for each vehicle as it stated on each estimate of repair( I Own a body shop) Taxco only recorded the checks going into my bank account and money out. We realized that Taxco stopped doing their job correctly from late 2017-2020 Due to this laziness the Franchise Tax Board is charging me $40,000 I immediately contacted Omar and Beatriz at Taxco and very upset I told them the y needed to fix this and they refused. Following it with an email of termination I will proceed with legal action. I not only have them 15 of service I sent them a lot of clients. DON'T USE THEM, THEY LACK IN SERVICE AND THEY WILL ONLY HELP YOU GET IN A HOLE & LEAVE YOU THERE.

When asked questions they're completely clueless. You'd think they would know what they're doing but they don't. I went based on ONE review I saw on here. Should have known better that was MY FAULT. Please ask the right questions BEFORE paying. That whole "You get 100$ back for filing" will cost you a lot more. They're completely unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this place. No wonder it's hardly heard about. Nobody goes for a reason. I hope someone else doesn't have the same issue I had with this place. Update- Now I will have to go elsewhere to PAY ONCE AGAIN. Just so I can make sure these people didn't do something corrupted or messed up my filing information. Which I'm sure they did since they ignore my calls & when asked to speak to the person who filed my taxes (Shakira) she's not in. (By the way very nice lady) don't let that fool you. Just thought I'd let others know as for a warning so you don't go into this place blindfolded as I did.
