FCS Commercial Construction dba Dallas General Contractors is owned/operated by John Foster -- former owner/operator of "Foster Contractor Services". FSC Commercial Construction dba Dallas General Contractors is now operating under a different company name, but same owner, and is engaging in the same fraudulent business practices, that include, but are not limited to: bad faith; deceptive trade practices; dishonesty; asking for additional funds not used to purchase construction materials; failure to "show up" to manage project; disappearing after payments are collected; breach of contract I hired FCS Commercial Construction dba Dallas General Contractors to perform general construction repairs at my home. The contractors hired by FCS Commercial Construction were inexperienced, uncommitted (hit-and-miss attendance), unsupervised, and careless in handling the workspace, other parts of my home, and my household contents. The quality of limited degree of work performed was poor, and required hiring other contractors to repair/correct damage. Materials for which John Foster collected thousands of dollars to purchase were never purchased, and never delivered. The bulk of the work contracted for was not performed. After collecting thousands of dollars, John Foster was a "NO SHOW". He was therefore, with intention, uninformed and indifferent to the project status, and whether or not the project progressed. John Foster engaged in a pattern of unjustifiable excuses -- more accurately described as "outright lies" -- at every stage of the process. He did not perform in accordance with our contract agreement, and to date has not refunded money for work that wasn't performed, or for materials that were never purchased, and never delivered. Avoid at all costs. I have a basic. John will likely change the name of his company again but really avoid all activities tied to John Foster and his construction company. We had been handed over to John and his team and every interaction and experience has been awful. As an example, we asked to have a door installed. It has been paid for since October. It is not March and John keeps saying he's not available, will not take our calls, and mailbox is full. Do not waste you money on this company. read more

John has a great company put together. The work him and his crew have done is amazing. They work very well with their clients and have brought up several amazing ideas to make the most out of the renovation. I haven't seen something they can't do! read more
