A good choice, as the store was always a bit cramped and overloaded, which made browsing for stuff somewhat of a let down experience. Living nearby, I've been by here a few times, but rarely bought anything. Not entirely sure why, because as an outlet of one of the country's biggest sporting goods chains, they carry all the major brands. But maybe therein lies the problem: they carry a bit of everything, but isn't specialised in anything in particular. If you're looking for general-purpose stuff, you'll probably find it here, but if you want the largest possible selection of a specific type of athletic equipment, say running shoes, you're better off heading to a store that specialises in that. But in spite of being non-specialised, they're not very price competitive, and I've often found the same or similar items in specialised stores, only cheaper. If I was to point out something that they focus on, I'd say their main focus seems to be on soccer, which makes sense, as they're in the same building as the local AND the national soccer stadiums. Service is OK, but the staff seems boxed in by pretty strict rules. I ran into this when I tried to return a purchase, and it turned out that they needed several items of verification that the item was indeed bought there, before they were allowed to accept it, simply having the receipt wasn't enough. Never a big fan of when the needs of the store, and the store's system, gets in the way of good customer service. Sportmaster is an alright sporting goods store, with a wide but perhaps a bit shallow selection, but not really a favourite of mine.

The needle was made of plastic and did not fit all the way into the ball unless you jammed it into the hole. Obviously, this was a problem because it would very easily damage the seal. Eventually, when my cousin tried using it (only the third time it was used), the needle broke, and now I don't have a pump. A little annoying but I also should've expected something to go wrong due to the price.

However I walked passed the store needing a daypack for an upcoming trip. I ventured in and was after a short time greeted by a very friendly man. He gave me assistance when required and left me alone to peruse when I wanted to. Perfect service. It is a big well stocked branch and if on the lookout for North Face gear - I would highly recommend popping in here.

So, listen, OSV is one of those places that has constantly rotation selection of items, so it is different every day. People come in and sell their stuff, and then you buy it. Some of the items are gently used, some are brand new with the tags still on. The majority are high-end local brands like Acne, Malene Birger, and Wood Wood. The place is pretty small, so they have a pretty limited selection, but it is all top quality. No digging! They have mostly clothing, but also some shoes, bags and accessories as well. Good news for men! They have a good mens section as well with Trigger, Han Kopenhagen, raw denim jeans, etc. This place is a gem. Dont miss it.
