On Thursday I called Advantage, spoke with someone, who said that I would be called in the morning…read more On Friday I had still not heard from them late afternoon, so I called back and scheduled for them to come to my house between 8 and 11AM on Monday. I sit here waiting till 11:45, and then called again only to find that I was not on the schedule, but was told that I they could have someone out tomorrow. Now why should I believe that they can have someone tomorrow. Do these people not understand that their potential clients have to schedule themselves in order to keep these appointments?

The office staff was extremely helpful and let us know that they would submit our request. We figured we wouldn't hear back until Monday, but were pleasantly surprised when we received a call from them less than an hour later. I do not know the name of the technician that worked on our unit, but he was extremely friendly and had our AC fixed in no time. He had to replace a part, and performed some other task, and the entire bill was less than $300. A lot less than we were expecting. Great service, great value and we will definitely use them for any future heating/cooling problems.

So i said to have him call me when he had the chance. A few hours later the owner Phillip shows up at my house. Surprised i said "I thought you were going to call i didn't know you were going to come back out " . He then proceeded to tell me he had been calling but i wouldn't answer the phone. I had my cell phone with me and had received no calls from him and when i said as much he stormed away saying he didn't have time for this. He then came back and I showed him my phone and he read of the number he had for me apparently either he couldn't read his employees had writing or they had written a 9 instead of a 4 for one of my digits. After finding out he had been calling the wrong number i guess he decided to take another look at the system (remember one person had already been out and given me quotes for his company). He then proceeded to tell me he would need to re work the quote and would have to send it to me that afternoon. As evening approached i had received nothing from Phillip so i called and told them things had changed and i would not be needing their services. Not fifteen min later the original person that sent me the first quote called me and said they they wouldn't be able to help me with replacing our units. thought it was kinda funny since i had already told them i weren't going to be using them. I see several glorying reviews on here and I have to wonder how many of them are fake. I will never call or use this company ever.

I called Cody and he was able to walk me through a couple of troubleshooting ideas and I was up and running in five minutes. When I initially called Cody's RV and Repair Service, I left a message and expected not to hear back from someone on a Saturday afternoon, but I got a call back immediately. I would highly recommend giving Cody a call if you're in that area and you need someone to repair your RV. He's amazing.
