Thomas suggested we spend a little money to fix up the house and stage it to make it easier to sell. I was hesitant, but I trusted Thomas. He coordinated everthing and had the house ready to sell in less than 2 weeks. He even watered the garden himself. Anyway, the house sold in 10 days for well over asking price and I am sure that we earned 10 times the money we put in to fix up the house. There is no doubt that all of this happened because of Thomas, and his experience with this volatile San Francisco Market. Thomas gave us such individualized service, and worked so hard to make our selling experience so easy. I could not recommend him more highly. He was truely amazing ...

5 stars - enough said!…read more All joking aside, on to the real review. Thomas was referred to us through a business connection and from the moment of first contact, it seems like we took over his whole workday. His "one client at a time" motto is not just him saying that - he really does make you feel like there is no other person he's working with. He has a huge network of REALTORs he's worked with in the past or has some connection with, so every open house or showing we went to - he was able to establish a great starting relationship with the listing agents - that made for extremely quick communication when it came to getting documents for us to help make our decisions on properties. I've spoken and worked with a ton of REALTORs in the last couple of year and Thomas is by far the most attentive and client oriented agent I've ever worked with. Overall, I recommend Thomas for all of your real estate needs - I know we'll be using Thomas again in the future (crossing my fingers for more houses to come =P).

The brick+timber management maintenance coordinator Marivelle helped coordinate the treatment and painting needed to fix it. I appreciate the folllow up during this extensive process. Frequent emails, updates. Arranged for movers to prepare, move furniture for painting. Movers were very nice, professional. DryFast mold treatment workers very kind professional too! The CBRE group handles union work, the painters, plumbers. Floren was very kind and helped coordinate the schedules All the painters were professional and kind, Eamon, Tony, Eli, Canello, It was a big job and I was impressed with everyone involved! This location has not gotten better in the 8 months I've lived here. Absolute nightmare trying to…read morefind parking, even paid parking is very difficult to get! If you have a vehicle do not come here. I have had to park several times on the street even though I pay $300 a month for a almost impossible parking spot when another car is parked there and would come home after a 12 hour shift at the hospital to find someone parked in my spot. They tell you to call security so we always did, security recommends to find another place to park because they won't do anything until they have placed 3 messages on the vehicle before (scheduling) a tow truck. After parking on the street I would be rushing to leave for work and have a car parked directly behind me and would have to yet again call security then security states I should call the police for an illegally parked car. Now I had to call the hospital I work at to let them know unfortunately you're going to be very late leaving the hospital understaffed. Parkmerced (management team) know this has been an issue for a long time and make it clear to the tenants this illegal parking is not their problem. *photos attached* Parkmerced is Responsible for the safety of its tenants and should be reporting/calling in illegally parked vehicles as they create a hazard for emergency vehicles and tenants, this is only enforced during the day, it Needs to be enforced at night as well. My vehicle has been broken into and at our apartment building at 150 Font, packages are stolen frequently (ours several times in our 8 months). Property management team have a camera where the packages are delivered, when we report packages were stolen the security team states we need to file a police report before they will take any action. It is not safe to have deliveries here. If You like cockroaches and rats, it's so bad here due to the trash that is left around and buildings not really maintained or monitored. This apartment complex had to be sued to be proactive on maintenance by contracting out to actual contractors to help keep essential equipment working because Parkmerced management couldn't handle it. The front desk staff are rude and I had to show the new tenant how to use the online app as the 2 front desk staff had no idea and spent the entire time telling tenants there is nothing they could do and to put any/all requests through the app (that they didn't know how to use). The property management company (BrickandTimber) to oversee this property is not equipped to handle something of this scale. The owners/stakeholders need to terminate their contract and get another property management company to manage this property. Recommendation: increase the amount of parking by removing the grass from the center of the road and place additional parking spaces in one direction. You can do this with little effort or cost. Example photo #8 of grass center. Also, place lines along the road of each individual parking space, right now people are parking in every direction because there is nothing indicating which then often people take what's considered two parking spaces. Do something because it's obvious and from what I been told from other staff members at Parkmerced Nothing is being done.

We found her to be thorough, trustworthy and totally committed to our sale. She kept us informed through every step of the process, contracts with the highest quality of individuals and companies to handle floor sanding, painting, staging, general contractor work and marketing. Our home had more than 14 offers within one week, all for over the asking price and several were more than 40% over the asking price. We could not be happier with Paige, we highly recommend her!

Our experience with Paige was just tremendous. In our first meeting at her office, she was very thorough in listening to our needs, wants, dislikes, and our budget. From that point on, she would send us very specific listings that met our criteria with notes about why we may want to consider it. She accompanied us to at least 30 open houses, patiently listening to what we liked and didn't about the various places. She'd react to our thinking and send us new listings. She was super flexible to meet us during times that worked for us and our 1.5 year old. Once we found a place we liked (which took us a while), she thoroughly guided us through the process of making an offer; walked us through all the various forms in the disclosure packages and explained the various forms in plain English...answering all our naive questions throughly. She gave us great advice about what parts to take seriously, what parts were standard-boiler plate, etc. She helped us facilitate inspections on the property, called vendors listed in the disclosures to help us answer questions. Overall, she felt like part of our family doing due diligence on the place. Plus, it seemed like almost every seller's agent knew her and had great experiences working with her. When it came time to place the offer, she gave us solid, actionable advice on what she thought we should bid and how many offers she expected on the place. She worked really hard to build a relationship with the seller's agent (and in this market every little thing helps). And even after we "got" the place, she was super helpful. Working with our mortgage company to help close the transaction, and getting us keys to see the place while we were still closing (so that we could measure things and get blinds done, etc.) Finally, when we actually moved in, she met us with some amazing gifts and kept checking in with us for a few weeks to make sure everything was fine. Overall, she was just a gem to work with and we'll definitely call her the next time we're in the market.
