Just leaving this place and I must say I had THE BEST experience with my fiancé! Took him here for his birthday and purchased the couples package where you also get the choice of 40 minutes in their whirlpool, sauna, or steam room before your massage. When I made the appointment over the phone, I was able to reserve the whirlpool area for right before our massages. We had the whirlpool and other rooms all to ourselves which was really nice. They had everything from robes, towels and slippers for us. Even prepped our room with ice cold waters & was able to leave our belongings in their lockers. When our time in the whirlpool area was up, someone came and grabbed us and left bags for our bathing suits and fresh robes then brought us to our massage room. I had Emelie work on me and my fiancé had Sabrina. I have a lot of experience with getting massages and usually I have to ask my masseuse to go harder or focus on one area more (usually my neck or shoulders) but Emelie was a pro! She took her time with each of my knots she came across and I know this is a bold statement but I believe she is the best masseuse I have ever had!! My fiancé really enjoyed his massage from Sabrina too and almost fell asleep from being so relaxed lol I have seen the previous reviews of not so great experiences from past customers but my experience was truly top notch and I'm sooooo glad I found this gem! I will definitely be back and maybe I will try some of their other services and share those experiences as well! read more

Not worth the price. Service is ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Had a mani and pedi here but color choices were limited and they didn't have matte colors. Wow!! I have no words to describe how I was treated. Literally Fayez left me speechless! I received a chemical peel that ended up injuring my face to the extent that I received antibiotics and a steroid cream. I wasn't able to work. Fayez respectfully paid for a refund and also treated me to a day at the spa. I was happy with my regular services. I called in after to book an eye brow waxing and was transferred over to Fayez. Fayez yelled at me advised that I made him lose so much money and that I shouldn't come back to his spa if I'm so unhappy. Needless to say I won't. Please ladies and gents do yourself a favour. Know your worth. Never EVER let anyone yell at you or disrespect you especially as a business owner. This spa is absolutely disgraceful and inhumane. I had the procedure vasulyse done there. I've had good results. However, I went there for the last treatment of this and ended up being burned numerous times by the esthetician. I really only wanted a very small area done, but she took the liberty of enlarging that area and doing another area. I had excessively red, scabbed skin and had to go to my doctor about, who confirmed it had been burned. When I went back to the salon to deal with it, I was told that there was nothing they could do. Sometimes this happens. No one offered my money back or offered me their $60 cream (that will 'apparently' fix it) for free. It was a very "not much to do" discussion. And it wasn't even by a manager -- it was just another esthetician. Regardless of the terrible aftereffects of the treatment (which, perhaps, can happen), I am extremely unimpressed with their lack of problem-solving abilities, their lack of customer service, and their overall disinterest in my issues. I took a group of girls to Fayez for pedicures this past Saturday. Pedicures were good and the ladies doing the pedicures were really lovely. My HUGE issue is with the payment. I had called with gift cards and made the reservation, paying some of it on visa as well. They asked for the gift card numbers and I read them off. Everything was set. Then I show up to the appointment and they tell me that they cannot process our deposit without the physical gift cards.... I had thrown them out after giving the numbers because I believed that they were processed and on file at the spa. They are on file and they have the numbers, but they didn't redeem the cards? Now the only way to redeem those cards it to ask the people that gifted the cards to me to PRINT OFF THEIR BANKSTATEMENT FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE... absolutely ridiculous. Considering one of the cards was an Xmas present from 2 Christmases ago you can count on the fact that the purchaser will not be scowering through years of statements. Honestly, I'm so pissed off that they are double dipping and I wasn't informed to bring the cards. To top it all off, even though they have the card numbers and I can tell them exactly the amount on each card as well as who purchased it, they will NOT process the card. Not only is it frustrating that I'm out more money than intended, I'm feeling disappointed in the customer service and the lack of incentive to ever return. They just lost a customer (and can be certain I will tell everyone about it. Maybe I'll prevent someone else from getting screwed). read more

I have been going to your spa since 2000!!!! 16 years and I try to book two pedicures for me and my mom and you wouldn't book them because they're over $100 WHEN ADDED TOGETHER!!! I experienced the worst customer service at this spa. When I was unhappy with the service I received I was treated like it was my Fault. My service started late, my manicure was terrible, so bad that I requested for the polish to be removed. I was confronted by a girl at the front desk who identified herself as the owners daughter, she started the conversation in a very confrontational manner. I was unable to articulate my concerns as she kept interrupting me actually lied to my face accusing me of being late for my appt when I sat and waited 15 mins before I was called. I would never return to this spa or recommend it to friends. Obviously the popularity of this spa is based on limited amount of choices in London for spa services and not for hospitality. read more

Not a very welcoming friendly place to visit. My experience was distasteful to say the least. They were running late dispite the fact it was first thing in the morning, which I mentioned to the technician. The owner's daughter identified herself as I was leaving and said she was the person in charge and was quite rude when she asked if I had been there before and if I were in the system. I said years ago, and that seemed to piss her off and she treated me like I had no business being in "her" salon or presence. When I gave her my gift card, she refused to look at me and grabbed it out of my hand and dropped it on the counter like it was the ebola virus. And to be fair, when you are in business to make people look better with your services, you might want to use those services. Although it was early morning, she looked like it had been a rough night. If she had been the least bit friendly you could look past that. Not worth the money of the hassle. read more

I have had my worst customer service experiences at this spa. The service itself was average and nothing to complain about - however the entire service the spa owners daughter (who actually checked me in for my appointment) was having a pedicure beside me by one of the aestheticians and she was swearing and talking rudely about the other employee's. When I went to cash out after my other services, she was back behind the front desk with foils in her hair and on her cell phone and dropping the F bomb to another employee while another receptionist was processing my bill. I was very disappointed to go have a relaxing day at the spa, only to have in interrupted by someone who addresses themselves as a manager for this spa. Nothing against the service providers, however I will not be back due to not wanting to support this families business. read more

The spa itself is beautiful and the aestheticians are quite talented. I've been visiting the spa for a number of years now and the services I have had provided are always quite lovely and I have never had an issue with any of the girls. However - a key component to any business is their front desk staff. I cannot press enough on how disappointing it is to go into such a lovely environment and hear the front desk staff talking inappropriately. The last time I was in the spa the girl at the front (also like the other reviews, it was the owners daughter) used the F word multiple times, was on her phone, and was loudly talking about her own personal health issues, which did not need to be shared where the whole lobby can hear. I usually would not complain, I can handle when the girls are personable and have fun conversations that aren't always "professional", but these are just not the conversations that strike a good vibe when headed to a spa. read more
