The other driver's insurance was covering the damages, so we brought it here hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that especially because of the way we were treated by one of their employees, McKenzie. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and demeaning. She spoke to my husband as if he were ignorant, and when we asked reasonable questions about the repair process, her responses were dry, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. She provided misleading information and made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked even the most basic level of compassion or courtesy. When we ultimately decided to take our car elsewhere for repairs, McKenzie acted immaturely refusing to speak directly with my husband and behaving as though we were the problem once he got there to pick up the car. If you're looking for respectful, professional, and honest customer service, look elsewhere. I strongly urge Mid-Town Body Shop to properly train their staff, especially McKenzie, on how to treat customers with basic decency. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very specific with request for a luxury car (that didn't smell like smoke) comparable to our car needing repair for rental but we were greeted with a small RAV4? Sized car. I refused the vehicle and then started looking for a car myself. It takes a few days to line up a luxury rental so work had to be delayed. I called State Farm & told them we needed to find a suitable vehicle and they were accommodating with increasing coverage if necessary. We found a suitable model in Asheboro and Enterprise brought it to the local office but it smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. So no go with that vehicle. I was ambushed when I asked to meet with the owner Brian Owens. He couldn't maintain eye contact when we met so I suspected he was upset. He was totally focused on our '24 Genesis not being a luxury vehicle..saying BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, Lexus were not in the same class. And it was a "Hyundai". Same price ranges and similar performance but somehow not the same class. Insulting. The new owner Brian Owens is insulting and doesn't take responsibility for what his business represents as services provided. His phone script (that he says he wrote) states that they work with your insurance company to set up car rentals to make it easy for customers to use their service. He did not handle the situation professionally. I even asked that we discuss in an office or away from the front desk but he insisted on being loud and confrontational in front of his front desk staff. Not a nice guy. After our encounter I called the front desk and apologized for our discussion that had to happen in front of them. I doubt this is the culture previous owner Larry Walker wants as a legacy and I feel badly for the staff who work in Brian's toxicity.

I sent it back and had them fix the issues, free of charge. Despite taking proper precautions during the initial curing period, I found even more bubbles and lifted edges on the PPF after that, but I live too far and it's too inconvenient for me to send my car back a second time. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... Carlos guy was a lifesaver.

The best part was they can get me in the next day. Dropped it off, it was done by afternoon. The staff was really nice. It was quick and easy so I'm grateful I found this place. Been here since 1977. Would recommend of course. The dealer, was three times as much so it was a big savings just one of those unfortunate things when you gotta dish out a lot of money to fix something you weren't planning on fixing.
