I have never been made to feel embarrassed or bad about my dog's behavior which I have experienced at other training organizations -- that is why we hired them! I really feel that I have a strong support system with Say It Once. While we (my fiancé & I) need to stay on top of training on our own, our dogs show so much progress each training sessions.
