We were referred to Mr. Scharff from a friend who had used his services before and had had a…read moresuccessful outcome. How grateful we were! Our brother had been falsely accused of a criminal matter, and our whole family was terribly stressed. Jesse met with our brother the day after he called him and offered him an expert appraisal of his case. He was brutally honest about the situation our brother was in, and while making no promises as to the outcome, said thought the case was defensible and that he, Jesse, would be there every step of the way for him. When trial week came and Jesse met with our family that Sunday night to review the strategy and prep us for what to expect, we could tell that he was thoroughly prepared for battle. In the morning, he prayed with us, which gave us a measure of peace that God had put him in our brother's life for this moment. His defense was very well prepared, and his courtroom management clear, focused, skillful. He comported himself in a manner that clearly gained respect from the jury. He turned off his phone during the entire week of the trial so as to focus on our brother's trial. And, again, the night before our brother took the stand, he met with us in his office to prepare for his testimony. It really made us feel like he cared about our brother and our family and that we were all on the same team. In summary, Jesse helped us navigate the process, to really understand the consequences, he listened to our brother's desires with respect, and he fought a good fight to the end; the jury found our brother not guilty. We are eternally grateful for having had Jesse Scharff as our attorney.

She navigated me through two mediations (separate…read moreissues), a 50B renewal, custody evaluation mediation, and a custody hearing which ended with a Custody Order by Consent in my favor; all with great success. Lynn dealt with my bullying ex and his unreasonable attorney (both gifted with great verbosity); she listened to them to learn their few strengths and many weaknesses and used them all to help me get a better outcome for my case. Her understanding of family law, court, and the Judge assigned to my case and how to use it all to my best advantage was perfect. I have already recommended her to a couple of people and will continue to do so. For women who are dealing with custody and 50B issues: Lynn will GO TO BAT for you and make sure you stay protected AND help you protect your child(ren). I felt like she took a personal interest in my case but still remained objective, and was able to step back to make sure she had every piece of evidence and case law available that we needed to show why I was in the right.
