No wonder he is a flagged repeat offender with the Disciplinary Commission.** Lorenzo Brown AND his Paralegal Kim are a disappointment to say the least. I am working to improve my neighborhood one house at a time. To do this I have to help homeowners--no matter the situation. Lorenzo Brown was hired and paid $2,000 up front by one of my clients to handle her mother's probate so that her house could be sold. Not only did Mr. Brown not complete the probate, but when I went to retrieve the documents so that I could have his job completed by someone competent enough to return a third message, I found that this firm intentionally left the signature pages out of several documents. Kim, who is very rude, says that my client hired another attorney--which makes no sense since I have the receipt. Who would pay that amount of money twice? No one! I have never been moved to write a review, but this firm needs a whistle at the least. The least they could have done was given me the complete file--instead of only 2 pages of a 3 page document throughout. Obviously he is not completely incompetent since this happened back in 2007 and he is still in business, but beware. People like this only do the bare minimum and have to be watched to make sure the job is done correctly. I just hate the kind of people who will rip you off when you're not looking or 'get over' if they feel like there will be no consequence. These people are definitely they...needless to say. Now this lady is stuck and about to lose the house she could have sold because of a tax bill she cannot afford to pay because Lorenzo Brown did not do the job he agreed to do when he took her money.
