Last month I decided to purchase my car and contacted the dealer to start the process. I was referred to Emmanuel Blanchette. I contacted him at least 5 times and on each occasion was told by him that he was either busy, would call me back and email me the information required to proceed. Finally, I took the initiative to email him what was required and schedule an appointment to complete the paperwork while waiting for him to provide the amount of the buyout which as expected never came. I tried 3 times to speak to a manager only to be hung up on by the reception desk. Emmanuel Blanchette finally called to find out if I was on my way to the appointment. I have contacted Mazda Canada and the Leasing Company to file a complaint. There are so many dealers with kind, helpful staff who want the business. I am convinced that I was treated so disrespectfully because I am a woman.
