Recently bought a jacket,…read moreblazer and trousers here, the staff were helpful and not to pushy, I found the shopping experience to be bearable, in my case this is high praise indeed as I hate shopping of any kind. Will definately use this store again in the future. Returned to this store and again found it excellent, service by Assistant named Gary was exemplary, not pushy and very helpful. I have therefore, updated my Star rating from 4 to 5 and it is well deserved.

Bought my suit and paid for the rest of the wedding party. After they got my money was downhill from there. Constantly muddled up the orders of suits even though the names are nothing alike. My best man drove from Oxford to Canterbury (3 hour drive) to get measured up and they lost the measurements. Finally thinks it's all sorted and awaiting the suits back after measurements for alterations taken. Suits return 8 days before the wedding and 2 of the 5 suits are completely wrong. They managed to mess up the suit measurements and trousers extremely short on one and jacket massive. The other suit just as bad. Had to drive 50mile each way again to try and sort it. Stay well clear if you are planning a special event! Also I emailed the slaters store as requested from the below post. It's been a week and have had no response. Very poor service. Stay well clear

This H&M has the most little menswear department, ever.
