I paid it and he didn't even come close to half done n refused to come back unless I paid him another $100. That was after 4 days of him being paid and not showing up to do the job. He knew I was up against a deadline with the city and was gouging me. When I requested he reimburse me some of $100 I had already paid since he didn't finish he was refused and was very rude. I do not recommend this guy at all. He quotes out cheap but just does a bad job so you'll pay him more...bad business for sure
