Ok Fat Face, since it moved to Briggate I've been a bit scathing of this here Fat Face, and although I still prefer the Ilkley one, due to sheer ease of navigation and seemingly more thought in the layout, the last time I was in Fat Face Briggate things seemed to have improved in terms of layout and choice. Fat Face as a brand speaks for itself in terms of quality, it's got the nice combination of practical meets a bit trendy, and in summer some of the floaty girly tops and cardigans are gorgeous, not at all as middle aged as its winter stock has a tendency to lean toward. Still gotta love the men's faded coloured tops, they're snugly and warm and a good thing to steal from your boyf if he's boiling and you're a bit chilly. Being an outdoorsy brand, the accessories here centre around that, from planners, to compasses, to compasses on a key ring, there's something here for everyone in an active family. Even the kids get a look in in this Fat Face, and whilst I think it's a bit on the expensive side for kidlets, cos they grow too fast to warrant crazy prices on their wardrobes, they just do, but it's available if you've got it to spend. Good effort on changing things round a bit. read more
