Dreadful service, impossible to get through on the phone. Received an email to say my parcel was delivered but I didn't receive my parcel. Have been trying to find out what's happened to it but can't get a reply on phone and the web site is a nightmare..it's seems you can only contact them if you are a registered customer who has paid them to deliver but no aftercare service for the person who is awaiting a delivery. read more
