I have had a banner since opening in December and really need the storefrontsign. We spoke on the phone a few days before memorial day and he said he would "try" to get the sign up by the following weekend. I noticed the term try which made me think it wasn't happening the following week. Cool because I figured in a few weeks he would complete the job. After a few weeks i called and there was no answer at the business. I emailed for a timeline and update no response. I called over and over again no responses. I after calling with no answer I had my husband call and he asked for John but the man who answered said John was not in.I hate to say but I I think it was John who answered. If he or they were unable to complete the work they should have said so so I could find another option. Its terrible of to start something professionally you are unwilling to finish and the killer for mep is the lack of response. I'm very unhappy and disappointed I started with speedpro.
