Very disappointing experience. I recently had business cards, envelopes, and letterhead printed for…read moremy new business, and unfortunately, the customer service was terrible from start to finish. The person who helped me, Tanya, was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of her attitude, her appearance gave the impression that she had just rolled out of bed and hadn't showered before coming to work. Her overall presentation was not what I would expect from someone representing a business and interacting with customers. What made the experience even worse was that when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation, Tanya refused to let me speak with one. I was simply trying to address my concerns and find a resolution, but instead I was dismissed. I make an effort to support local businesses whenever I can, which is why I chose this company. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never use this company again and cannot recommend it to others. As a new business owner, I expected basic professionalism, courtesy, and customer service when spending my money with a local company. Unfortunately, I received none of those things here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was a very poor first impression and a very disappointing experience.

I'm sure they are a fine print shop but my needs are small, mostly 20-30 copies at a time. Even…read morethough they are a local printer, I won't be using them again as they have a minimum $5.00 credit card policy which is excessively inconvenient. I made $3.00 in copies and expected to pay with my business card. I ended up having to pay $5.00 because that's the policy and since I didn't have time to shop for a $2.00 item, I was just out of luck. As a small business owner myself, I'm aware of the cost of doing business. This policy is simply an inconvenience that I don't have time for. Next time I'll head to Staples where the copiers are equipped with credit card payment options.

Walked into this store during a lunch stop. We were driving through on a road trip. We walked in and proposed our idea and at first they said they couldn't do it, but after chatting for a while they agreed to make us this simple wooden sign. It was finished in under an hour and was BEAUTIFUL. Exceeded our expectations and was priced beyond fairly. I really appreciate this business and the skill of the employees. Thank you!
