When I called customer support I was told the closest tower was over 5 miles away and that I was not in an optimal service area. When I returned my device and canceled my account I was treated with hostility. I was told to leave and never come back by the manager Brad. No problem, I will never be back.

We were vacationing here when my granddaughter broke her phone, so this was unplanned and required that her mom deal with it from out of state. Not only were they able to do a better upgrade than we requested, but also for the same price! Then, when we had wrapped up all the data transfers, etc, we weren't able to give them all the codes they needed for a trade in, however they honored it anyway. I was a grateful gramma. They were professional, friendly, took lots of time with us and we walked out very pleased!
