Between not replying to your courteous emails asking when the job will be started; not following instructions you supply even when you add diagrams so simple a child could understand; a multitude of excuses when you finally get a reply; and SEVERAL call backs to fix errors. Three months in: Al's Signs way of fixing tracks that would not allow letters to fit in was to un-glue them. Over the weekend, Al's Signs fixed my tracks while nobody was here in the office, and today the tracks are mostly hanging off. It took them two full weeks to come out and add this lovely "fix". Ugh. Just don't buy from them. Al's Signs is SO ridiculously unprofessional and inept.
