I said oh no, I just need (and repeated what I asked for first.) I also asked her if they could be different and she huffed and rudely said "there are people behind you" and gave me the same cards and rang me up before I could do anything about it. I asked her if that meant I couldn't get what I asked for. I did look and there was one gentleman behind me looking at something to the side of the store. She was rude and mad at me that she messed up. I'm not a firm believer that the customer is always right, but when you mess up, fix it and be nice about it! To be fair, the man in there was very nice, but nowhere to be found when she got her attitude. Can't really recommend a place where employees are rude for no reason.

I complained to staff, who stated, "it happens quite often" (complaints) over it. Staff made excuses that 'its not them, it's the owner' who does this. (ya think?) I won't be back over this issue. I hope others will follow suit as a form of protest. Seems pretty simple- pricing your goods is important. It's called transparency!

They usually have mid price gas, and you know that your money is staying within the community so that is a big advantage. It's the street that you wouldn't really drive down unless you were coming in to Joplin for something or unless you lived here - which is why I say it's for locals. Pretty friendly and one of the better gas stations in the area.
